West Perth Legal is your local law firm, focused on serving businesses and people doing trade and commerce in Western Australia. The founders of the firm saw the need in the market for experienced and commercially minded lawyers who deliver legal services in a transparent manner with flexible pricing. We seek to do this for our clients.
Since the firm’s establishment in 2015, we have assisted hundreds of business owners and facilitated thousands of contractual and property transactions in Western Australia. Our clients range from business owners, franchise owners, and individual investors. We also work with accountants, business brokers, mortgage brokers, insurance brokers, and leasing agents to support mutual clients.
At the core of our values, we seek to be professional, responsive, and excellent at what we do. We treat each matter individually and each client with professionalism. As such, at the beginning of every matter, we will personally review your matter. This gives us the opportunity to hear your matter and provide you with a personalised quote.

As the Legal Practice Director of West Perth Legal, I run a boutique legal practice focused on serving locals.
I began my career in a national law firm where I trained under top Australian lawyers. I saw an opportunity for providing quality commercial legal services to the local market and that is where West Perth Legal started.
I have extensive experience in legal contracts, property transactions, and all legal issues surrounding businesses, including the set-up of a business, sale and purchase of a business, and business partner disputes. I pride myself on my attention to detail, legal drafting, and commercial acumen.
Having grown up in Perth, I have a deep appreciation for this city. My firm is committed to the local community and focuses on serving the local people. I was raised by immigrant parents, and they taught me to have a strong work ethic, perseverance and to act with honesty. I seek to impart these values in the way I serve my clients. I also speak fluent Mandarin.

Throughout my career, I have held legal positions in both government and private sectors as legal counsels, working directly with business owners and decision makers. I have experience in legal advisory, regulatory compliance, and commercial contracts.
I am passionate about building West Perth Legal as a modern, approachable law firm, and one with a positive work culture. I encourage staff to act with integrity, and be client focused.
Having lived in Australia for over 20 years, I have a deep appreciation of the Australian way of life. My immigrant roots (I also speak fluent Mandarin) have given me the ability to relate to and service clients from a diverse background. I am proud to be promoting accessible and quality legal services to Western Australians.
